I have been involved in starting a small single unit business and a mid size multi unit chain.  I understand what it takes to start a new business and the challenges the founder will face. I also have experience with a growing company, from mid size to fortune 500. Having managed all aspects of operations in these different environments allows me to help you grow your idea into a business or  advance your current business. 

My experience is in the retail industry, but, my specialty is helping people find their own way to achieve great results. Finding the right management mindset and the right way to use information will allow you to pursue results with intensity without making yourself crazy. 

I have operated stores in Puerto Rico and Mexico. I am semi fluent in spanish. I am fluent in spanglish.
